Josh Richardi joins Masters Kitchen and Cocktail as the restaurant’s new Executive Chef.
Richardi comes with nearly 20 years of culinary experience under his belt as he helps make Oceanside’s machine shop turned restaurant, Masters Kitchen and Cocktail, a continued success.
The chef hails from Florida and began his California career at Pacifica Del Mar as a line cook. He has also worked at Rancho Valencia, The Chart House, Roppongi, The Santalux Club, and La Valencia Hotel before coming to Masters Kitchen and Cocktail. His cooking m.o. Involves putting an exotic twist on classic creations.
The menu offers an assortment of small plates, sandwiches, salads, and entrees with happy hour running 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Tuesday – Friday and 10:00 PM – close Friday – Sunday. Get there on Monday to take advantage of the happy hour menu all day long, which includes items like the Luau Daiquiri ($6), Masters Burger ($10), Root Beer BBQ Ribs ($7).
