Hoots, Hooters Fast Casual Restaurant Debuts In Chicago

Chicken wing fans have often celebrated the “Nearly World Famous Chicken Wings” at Hooters. But, as restaurant trends change, diners are looking to fast casual dining options. Hooters is adapting to those changes with its new concept, Hoots.
Hoots is a new limited service concept by Hooters. The fast casual restaurant serves a condensed menu featuring popular Hooters’ menu favorites. With limited time and grab and go necessity, Hoots offers great tasting food with convenience. Guests can order at the counter and take a seat or take it home.

Sometimes grab and go isn’t the priority. Hoots also offers a full-service bar area. While sipping on a frosty cold beer or a refreshing iced tea, guests can have a Buffalo chicken sandwich or a side of fried pickles delivered to their table. The full-service area offers a more relaxed, sit-down experience.

Guests can customize wing flavors with both Hoots sauce or rub styles. Some sauce and rub options include Medium, TMI, Daytona Beach and Chef Prudhomme’s Blackened Rub.
Hooters choose the Cicero location to open the new style of fast casual restaurant because of the company’s overall success in the Chicago area. The Chicago area is home to two of the most successful Hooters. Chicago has proven to be a popular market to test new trends. Also, the Midwest tends to be a better representative of the nation.
Hoots opened on February 15. The restaurant is located at 2201-D S. Cicero Avenue in Cicero. The condensed Hooters menu is available for both eat-in and take out.
