Ingredients:
- Skinless, boneless chicken breast, thighs or tenders; enough for your casserole dish
- 1 Envelope dry onion soup mix
- A bottle California French or Russian salad dressing
- 1 C apricot preserves
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Place chicken pieces in a 4-quart casserole dish
- Mix the soup mix, dressing and jam together, and pour over the chicken and turn to coat
- Cover dish and bake for 1 hour in preheated oven.
