Dining out is an enjoyable experience for a variety of reasons. But that compounds when dining at locations while traveling or in major cities. Many of these locations boast attractions that make them “must-see” for a variety of reasons. These are three standouts in the city of Miami, Florida that any traveler or local should be sure to hit this year.

Amara at Paraiso

The view at Amara at Paraiso is almost worth the trip itself. The venue sits on the water of Biscayne Bay and that view captures one of the best natural views available during a dining setting. Must see for that reason, first and foremost.

James Beard winner, Michael Schwartz is at the helm of Amara and its menu is based on South America cuisine. The menu features items like octopus, empanadas, caviar, steak and much. There are several unique drink options on the menu, plus you can buy from the bar if you enjoy more mixed drinks.

Amara is an excellent selection if you’re looking for a place to take a date, or to attend one of the events hosted at the venue. With its covered patio, you can also escape the severe weather and still take in the view.

CVI.CHE 105

CVI.CHE 105 is another population Miami restaurant with multiple locations in the city. There are four separate locations in the city, with the Downtown Miami and South Beach venues among the most visited.

Like many of the restaurants in Miami, the menu features many different South American dishes, including options like lomo saltado, pargo entero, and ceviche threesome. It’s an expansive menu that can easily overwhelm, but the variety of options should not scare away anyone looking for an authentic dish. And the drinks round out a great meal. Be sure to try out the house made sangria.

CVI.CHE 105 is a great venue to check out either before an afternoon at the beach, or for dinner as you head out into the city. With multiple locations, you don’t have to stress as much about limited reservations, making it even more inviting to tourists.

Giselle Miami

Giselle Miami is a different type of spot, meant specifically for party lovers heading to or in Miami. Elleven is a popular 24-hour club that people frequent, and it recently stepped its game up by opening a rooftop restaurant and lounge.

Giselle Miami brings together cuisines from the Mediterranean, France, and Asian countries all under one roof. While that may give some individuals pause, the meals do an exceptional job delivering on the authentic tastes. Options such as flaming lobster, pork ribs, and Chilean sea bass await.

But what Giselle Miami is meant to achieve is to help people get their nightlife experience to the next level in Miami. Located within one of the most popular establishments in the city, it’s the perfect spot if you’re looking to eat before partying the night away.
